2.1. Technical data (logs)
When you visit the Website, our hosting provider (actiefhosting.com) automatically processes standard technical information in server logs, such as:
- IP address;
- type of browser and operating system;
- date and time of the request;
- URLs and actions within the session.
Purpose: ensuring security, detecting technical problems, preventing abuse and improving the service.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and proper functioning of the Website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.2. Data provided through the contact form or email
When you contact us through the contact form or directly by email, we process:
- email address;
- subject and content of the message;
- any other information you voluntarily provide in your message.
Purpose: responding to your inquiry, communication with potential and current clients and clarification of possible cooperation.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to concluding a contract and/or our legitimate interest in communicating with you in a business context.
2.3. Data entered in internal simulation tools
Our internal tools for modelling and simulating slot math are not publicly available through the Website. They are used only internally to provide the service.
The configurations of games, mathematical parameters and simulation results, which we process as part of a service for you, in principle do not represent personal data because they do not relate to an identified person.
If, exceptionally, personal data are included in free text fields, we process them only insofar as this is necessary to provide the service and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2.4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website uses only strictly necessary cookies, which are needed for the basic technical functioning of the site (for example, to remember that you have closed the cookie banner).
We do not use analytics/statistical cookies (such as Google Analytics) and we do not track your behaviour for marketing purposes.

3. How long we store your data
Technical logs: stored by our hosting provider for a period of up to 12 months from the date of the visit, unless a longer period is necessary in connection with security incidents or legal disputes.
Data from the contact form / email communication: stored for up to 24 months after the end of the communication or until expiry of relevant limitation periods, unless a longer storage period is required by law (for example in relation to accounting or legal claims).
We do not provide user registration and do not maintain user accounts on the Website.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Access to personal data is provided only to:
- our hosting provider and IT subcontractors who maintain the technical infrastructure of the Website;
- competent public authorities, when this is required by law.
